Really, hello again everyone! I'm finally back into the habit of checking DA. I stopped for a while because of school. It's taking up all of my time! And it doesn't help that I commute this year! >.<

Speaking of school, I have a bunch of drawing works from my drawing class that I'm going to put up soon. I don't have them now because of midterms; he collects all of our work to check and grade. I promise I'll put them up as soon as I get them back.

First is After Forever. This song is really great! I love her voice and the sound overall. Also, she wears some sweet outfits :D

Next is one of my all time favorite bands, Rammstein. There music is amazing; it's open to interpretation and discussion, which is what they want. And there music videos are sweet, like these two:

Did I mention that they're German? They're German :). I decided to do German as my minor. So now I'm majoring in Fine Art and Psychology, minoring in German. I'm gonna be busy for another 4 years. >.<
Also with Rammstein, another reason I like them is the lead singer, Till Lindeman. I've had a crush on him for a long time now. (In the second video, he's the one who kisses the girl)

Hi everyone. Not much has changed since the last journal entry. The only thing is that school is finally over for the year! I have 3 whole months to work on my art; this week though I'm going to rest up and get my ideas and priorities in order. More artwork WILL be coming soon! :D

Previous Journal Entry:

My life's been pretty good. I'm finally settling into my classes, which are all fun in their own way. I'm currently in a 2-D design class, which is amazing! All of the projects have taken so many hours, but they're well worth it. I'm considering double majoring in Art and Psychology; I hope to do illustrations and then go on to be an Art Therapist :D

I feel so relieved; I found what I want to do...

For more exciting news, I've got an illustration job! Yes, it is true! I'm currently working on two book cover illustrations for the author Sally Watson! Her stories are amazing and I am honored to be the illustrator of her books! :excited:

Also, I've seen an amazing movie called "Repo! The Genetic Opera". If you have a chance to see it, I definatly encourage you to. It's amazing, and the characters look great and, for the most part, sing great! Blind Mag, Pavi, and the Graverobber are my favorites.

Six Sketchbooks and The Dark Knight

Yes, I seriously have 6 sketchbooks in use right now. Their all assigned for different things too :D

Well, I'm back home for Christmas Break, which lasts 3 weeks. Now I can actually work on the things that I enjoy! Hopefully I get a digital camera for christmas, because I'm tired of waiting and scrapping up money for one! >.<

I've been in a Dark Knight mood as of late. Definatly going to do fan art of the Joker! :hearts:

Also, I wish :iconmira-jade: the best of luck at Comicon! I hope you sell your work!

Career and Passion #2

Hi everyone! :wave:

If you had net to notice, I've put up some new artwork! Check it out, tell me what you think, and maybe ask for a print of it ^^!

I have a very important question to ask all of you: Will you be willing to buy my artwork if I opened a print account? I'm highly considering it, since I will be a freelance artist. I'll probably send out a poll asking the same thing.

Also, my mom wants me to create a website for my artwork! I'm so excited to do it, but I think I will wait 'til next semester so I can gain more experiance with anatomy.

Please, tell me if what I am going to will be a good opportunity for me. Your opinion means a lot to me.

Hi everyone.

As I've said in my last journal, I'm majoring in Social Work and minoring in Art. This will help me help others with art. It will also give me a career so I won't be a starving artist.

By the way, are any of you not going into school for art? I want to know, because I wish to still sell my art and maybe even get a job in it in the future. I just need to know of any sucessful artists who did not go to school for art.

I'm Not Dead...Hooray!

Long time no hear, deviants!

First and foremost:

Birthday is on Friday, September 19th!

Well, I'm about in my third week of college. It was hard the first couple days (since I got to move in early because of my job on campus: t'was lonely) but I got used to it. Now, I'm roomin' with one of my best friends, Nicole! :).

Also, I'm not majoring in Art like I was going to: it's a risky career with slim job openings. I would love to major in it, I really would, but it's not the right time. Right now, I'm majoring in Social Work, which helps me do what I like to do also: help people in need. I'll probably minor in Art so my art career won't fall behind. Even if I didn't minor in it, my heart won't let it die...

Now to the fun stuff: Since I've been here, my creative juices have been flowing like crazy. Needless to say, new artwork will be coming up soon, including an update on my fan art for Hanzo :iconmetalhanzo: (I'm sorry it's taking so long, but my brother doesn't trust me up here with his markers! >.< ). Look out for my new stuff!

I don't have a digital camera right now to post work, but I will soon...hopefully.
